Infants
Welcome to the Daisy Room
Our infant room is a warm and nurturing environment designed to support your baby’s growth and development during their earliest months. We prioritize creating a safe, loving space where your child can explore, learn, and thrive.
Our caregivers provide individualized attention and follow your baby’s unique schedule for feeding, sleeping, and play. We focus on fostering strong relationships with both infants and their families, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration to meet your child’s needs.
The Infant Room offers:
A clean, safe, and stimulating environment with age-appropriate toys and activities.
Daily routines that support developmental milestones such as tummy time, sensory exploration, and early motor skills.
A low caregiver-to-child ratio to ensure personalized care and attention.
Regular updates on Brightwheel for parents, covering meals, naps, and activities.
We understand that these first years are precious, and we are honored to be part of your baby’s journey.

Infant Curriculum
Daily Curriculum
You might be thinking, "Curriculum for an infant? What in the world does that look like?" Don’t worry, we’re not over here teaching infant algebra or anything like that! But yes, we do have a curriculum in place—one that's focused on providing meaningful experiences, not formulas (pun intended).
Our infant curriculum is minimal, but purposeful. It’s designed to change the environment and learning activities to match your baby’s developmental stage. At this age, the most important thing is creating sensory experiences that stimulate curiosity and help build foundational skills. It’s not about structured lessons—it’s about providing the right experiences at the right time, fostering growth, and cherishing every moment.
We provide stimulating environments and tools tailored to their stage of development. Here’s what we focus on for each age group:
6 Weeks to 3 Months: Encouraging visual tracking, early motor skills, and tummy time with high-contrast toys, soft rattles, and baby-safe mirrors.
3 to 6 Months: Supporting rolling, reaching, and grasping with tactile toys, musical objects, and activity mats to foster sensory and motor development.
6 to 9 Months: Introducing stacking toys, interactive games, and object permanence activities to build hand-eye coordination and cognitive skills.
9 to 12 Months: Promoting crawling, standing, and early problem-solving with building blocks, push-and-pull toys, and interactive books.
Yearly Curriculum
We change what the children are learning about throughout the year. For infants, this involves the rooms decorations and themes for crafts and sensory experiences.
March-May: Spring
June-August: Summer
September-November: Fall
December-February: Winter
Infant Room Schedule
Please note that the schedule below is a general example of a day in our infant room. In reality, the routine varies greatly as we prioritize each baby’s unique needs, including individualized bottle schedules, nap times, and overall care. Our goal is to provide a flexible and nurturing environment that adapts to the natural rhythms of the children while ensuring their comfort and happiness.
